The Information School is in the process of launching the Center for Information & Society (CIS), formerly known as the Center for Internet Studies. The new name reflects our vision of the center being a university-wide interdisciplinary research center that builds on, but expands, the center’s previous work.
The Center is in the beginning stages of creating a UW-wide network of researchers whose work aligns with the scope and vision of the CIS. Check here for meeting notices, handouts, and discussions.
